Device itself works great. Straight out of packaging, insert batteries, and has worked perfectly since. Only drawback is that after I placed the order, I heard nothing from the company for three weeks, then I received a notice that it was being shipped. The company did not communicate with me, even though I had sent in two questions about possible delivery dates. There was nothing provided me when I placed the order about how long it would take for it to be sent to me.
